I wish to chew your hands
and feel held by your bleeding
lick your eyes greedily
to see your world beautifully,
digest your toes
and appreciate grass and sand,
swallow your heart
so mine beats erratically,
suck your teeth
and grind them in my sleep,
gulp down your tongue
to taste your rain again,
consume your stomach
so mine growls when hungry,
gorge your ears
to hear melodies in each spoken word.

This is not a metaphor for love,
I wish to wear your skin and bid farewell to my own
