It is a collection of poems about their life (so far!), their many thoughts, and moments that have tugged at particular cords within their heart – and they endeavoured to write down.

They struggle with an autoimmune disease, as well as depression, and they are sure that comes through in the writing. They have one book previously published (in the works) by AOS.
