Lucy Ren (she/her) is a Chinese student studying in America. Her creative works have been published in The Interlochen Review and Crashtest Magazine. She also works as a translator for an underground literary journal in China. She is keen on exploring depression, bodily memory, and the unsolidified trauma of youth in her writings. Most of her translation work centers on nostalgia, Asian mother-daughter relationships, and more. She also teaches English to children. When she’s not reading, writing, studying, running, or doubting everything, she is almost always watching Modern Family.
